ROLE PLAY / SKIT
Role play involves imagination, and...Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all, that there ever will be, to know and understand.
Role Plays are one of the most common tools to prepare students to face the situations they fear the most. They are an excellent way of getting students to practice their English as they simulate real life situations and allow them to act out what they would do in a real situation.
A set of model dialogues and role play situations designed by our best in-house English faculties are given to the students to practice. They refer to everyday situations e.g.: at a hotel, at a restaurant, at a travel agent's, at the cinema, in a clothes shop and a shoe shop, reporting an accident, at the doctor's and also "how to book a room, how to make appointment" etc. Students make teams, enacting various characters in a given situations, preparing dialogs and then, conversation hence they learn to express themselves in English fluently and spontaneously.
